Round Robin Pickleball Event to Benefit Brunswick County Children and Veterans

The Richard H. Stewart Jr. Charitable Foundation is excited to announce its upcoming Round Robin Pickleball Event, set to take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at The House of Pickleball (The HOP) in Leland. This exciting day of competition will support local children and veterans in Brunswick County.

The event will feature three different categories: Men’s Doubles from 2 to 4 PM, Women’s Doubles from 4 to 6 PM, and Mixed Doubles from 6 to 8 PM. Registration is now open, with fees set at $50 per player for Men’s and Women’s Doubles, and $25 for Mixed Doubles. Players can register through Court Reserve for the doubles events or by calling 910-253-7780 for Mixed Doubles.

Participants will be seeded based on skill levels, ensuring fair play and competitive matches. The seeding categories include 2.5 and below, 2.6-3.25, 3.5-3.99, and 4.0 and above. This structure aims to provide an engaging experience for players of all skill levels.

As an added highlight, the event will host three separate awards ceremonies to honor the top performers in each category, celebrating their hard work and sportsmanship.
