Brunswick County Literacy Council Baby Bookworm Project Board Book Drive for Novant Hospital, Supply

– The board book drive will run from July 31- August 31.

-Each newborn’s parents will receive two board books and information regarding the importance of early literacy on academic success and the positive effects of increased bonding between parent and child in the early months of life.

-NEW board books only please!  Board books are made of heavier cardboard so are sturdier for little hands to hold.

-Drop off location:  Lynnette Lowrimore, 3233 Moss Hammock Wynd (The Reserve).  There is a plastic tub with lid on the porch.

-Checks welcomed!  Please make checks out to Brunswick County Literacy Council (BCLC) and put “Baby Bookwork Project” on the memo line.  There will be envelopes in the tub on the porch.  Please seal the envelope!  If you would like a receipt for tax purposes, please write your email address on the envelope.  I will also send you an email acknowledgement that I have received the check and secured it for delivery to BCLC.
